MATERIALS SOURCING
With abundant fabric sources from both Vietnam and abroad, we offer everything from basic jersey to 500gsm loopback cotton and terry fleece, along with various knit fabrics in a wide range of weights and qualities. Whether it’s organic cotton, viscose, poly, or blends, the combinations we provide to our clients are endless.
PRINTING
Our printing facility offers a wide range of techniques, from simple single-color prints, CMYK, discharge, glow-in-the-dark, UV reactive, heat transfer, to digital printing.
TREATMENT
We work with trusted vendors to deliver specialist techniques such as embroidery, stone application, heat transfers, and more.
Our in-house support team and partners handle garment finishing processes, including tie-dyeing, dip-dyeing, marble washing, vintage dyeing, and hand-dyeing, creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
SEWING
The use of premium Juki and Siruba machines, combined with our team’s flexibility and precision, allows us to produce a wide variety of high-quality products on a single line with minimal downtime.
QUALITY CONTROL
We apply strict quality control at every production stage.
Our in-house lab tests each fabric roll for durability, colorfastness, strength, weight, twist, and shrinkage — ensuring every product meets and exceeds standards.
